For customized garments:

• Accurate measurements and specifications must be provided by the customer.

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, customization details cannot be changed.

• Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in  INR and are subject to change without notice.

• Full payment must be made before the order is processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery dates are only estimates and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

• Ready-made garments and tools may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

• Customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
