House of Sarita is an online and offline hybrid model for servicing customers for their custom stitched costumes and fashionwear. The details of the products, services or product specifications (weight, stitching seam strength, colours and tints, handwork details, sizes and measurements, etc.) as mentioned on House Of Sarita  digital / online mediums (All company owned and related Mobile applications, Digital Online Websites and Company owned social mediums – hereby collectively referred to as ‘House of Sarita Interfaces’) and offline fulfillment centers are only approximate values as they are custom fit measurements and may differ based on fabric quality and specifications.

The usage of any and all of the ‘House of Sarita Interfaces’ at any point of time, warrants your acceptance of the shipping policy terms mentioned in this document, the clauses of which can change from time to time, due to any operational or regulatory requirements. By accessing, shopping and ordering on ‘House of Sarita Interfaces’, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions. We reserve this right, in our sole discretion, to update or revise these terms & conditions. Continued use of the site following the posting of any changes to the ‘Shipping Policy’, constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Use of the Site is available only to persons who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws. Persons who are "incompetent to contract", within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use ‘House of Sarita Interfaces’. ‘House of Sarita’ and related entities reserve the right to terminate your access to the ‘House of Satita Interfaces’, if it discovers that you are under the age of 18 years or suffers from any other disability, as recognized under Indian Contract Act, 1872. The jurisdiction of all disputes related to ‘House of Sarita Interfaces’ and its order / fulfilment related disputes will be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs:

We usually ship both domestically / internationally through Indian shipping providers such as DTDC, Expressbees and other authorized logistics partners. House of Sarita reserves the right to select the Logistics service provider for picking up the fabrics and/or the reference garments from the customers as well as to have the garments delivered back to them. All delivery and pickup costs, if charged to the customer as a cost head, will be notified in the price breakup. House of Sarita reserves the discretion to charge for the logistics cost for orders based on order delivery pickup costs, type of order, distance of the delivery / pickup and the timeline required for delivery / pickup. House of Sarita, at its own discretion, may also deploy its partner staff / own staff for hyperlocal / within city logistics requirements.

Order Processing Time:

Due to personalized nature of the fashion related orders processed at House of Sarita, the delivery date is usually jointly agreed by the customer and one the authorized staff members in House of Sarita. House of Sarita will make its best efforts to have the delivery done within the timeline discussed. Due to the seasonal loads, manpower disruptions, external factors not in control of House of Sarita or due to logistics disruption, orders may get delayed. House of Sarita will not be held responsible for such delays caused. House of Sarita and the customer can agree on the updated delivery dates from time to time.

Most of our Fulfilment centers are closed on Sundays as a weekly off. Our outlets may be open for 7 days a week.

Timings for Logistics services:

The delivery time mentioned is indicative and can vary depending on external factors, many of which will not be in the control of House of Sarita team / staff. In case of any emergency deliveries, hand carry mode / hyper local service providers are used with extra charges to be borne by the customer.

Our teams work from 10 am to 7 pm on weekdays and Saturdays as per India timings.

Our Pickup and delivery charges start from Rs.99/- and will vary based on weight, urgency, distance, volume and shape of the shipment.

Shipping Charges are applied at the check window along with total price

As a policy, House of Sarita doesn’t provide ‘Cash on Delivery’ options (COD). Any COD options may be extended from case-to-case basis, only at the exclusive discretion of authorized House of Sarita team members.

While attempting a Pickup or Delivery at the notified customer address, if consignee Premises closed or if the customer doesn’t respond to the service provider’s calls or the delivery person is not able to access the address not response to our calls, House of Sarita will attempt to deliver to order on the next business day between 10 am to 7 pm.

We attempt to ensure safe and correct deliveries through use of authenticated ‘One Time Password - OTP’ sent to the customer’s House of Sarita app and over SMS. The delivery of the SMS is governed by multiple factors including telecom providers and House of Sarita will not be held responsible for the OTP SMS delivery.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes:

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Customer is requested to select the pickup / delivery address carefully for each order. We cannot take liability for handover of the orders for addresses which are not accessible by our logistics partners such as Gated communities, Office addresses and other restricted addresses. We request you to please follow up with the logistics provider to ensure completion of access process for them to reach your address for delivery. Repeat shipments will be additionally charged to the customer in such cases, based on House of Sarita discretion and costs involved.

International Orders:

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. All international orders will be shipped by our local logistics partners and in some cases the delivery address may be wrongly accepted by a partner. Please note that for overseas orders, once the order is handed over to the Logistics partner, we cannot ensure the guaranteed delivery of the same as such deliveries are subject to multiple country / government rules and regulations.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. You can alternatively reach us at for any shipping queries.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Though we want you to be completely happy with your order, as a personalized Fashion service provider, your order is made exclusively for you as per your requirements and body measurements. Hence Refunds will not be made for orders placed and accepted by House of Sarita. Exchanges are also possible since we make custom made designs and stitching as per the personal requirements of the customer. Customer explicitly agrees that any fabrics, accessories or items purchased on House of Sarita app or website will be subject to the respective product partner’s terms of Returns, Refunds and Exchanges at all times. House of Sarita can facilitate communication of the customers with our product / fabric / accessories partners. All orders which accrued a shortfall of service / quality from House of Sarita's end, will be rectified to the extent possible from order to order, at the expense of House of Sarita, subject to the cost of replacement of the order related fabric/items/products OR a maximum of Rs. 8,000 per order (whichever is lower).
