We currently ship across India.

2. Processing Time
  • Ready-Made Garments and Tools: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Customized Garments: As these are made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for processing before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with:

  • The tracking number

  • Courier service details

  • A link to track your order in real time


6. Delivery Attempts

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the courier will typically attempt delivery up to two times. If the package is returned to us, reshipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.


7. Delays and Exceptions

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in courier services

  • Customs clearance issues for international shipments (if applicable in future)
