We offer returns under the following conditions:
Can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
The item must be in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made to your specific measurements and design preferences.
However, if the item you received is defective or not as per your confirmed specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

To initiate a return:

Our team will respond with return instructions and shipping details.
The item must be shipped back within 3 days of return approval.
Return shipping cost:
Will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
If the return is rejected (due to signs of use or damage), the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will either offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, based on the situation.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
